Domestic and international uncontested divorces

The fees include two in-person meetings with the client to gather the relevant information and documentation, as well as a weekly call to provide updates on the progress of the proceedings. They also include drafting the regulatory agreement, filing the ITP and municipal capital gains tax, and registering changes in the ownership of real estate with the Property Registry.

If there are no minor children, the client may choose whether the divorce is processed through the courts or before a notary. The court route involves no additional cost for the client and may take approximately 2–3 months. The notarial route is immediate, but the client must pay the cost of the notarial deed.
